This full antenatal and hypnobirthing course is designed to inform and enable you and your birth partner to be confident, calm and educated so that you can understand your options and the implications of the choices that you will make, to ensure the best outcome for you and your baby.

As a KGHypnobirthing Practitioner, qualified with the Founder of the original UK Hypnobirthing Course and accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, I will show you how positive changes can be implemented, which will enable you, your birth partner and your baby to have a positive mindset and physical experience in pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Courses are held in the comfort of your chosen address.  Many couples prefer a home course as this reduces the stress of travel and as I leave they can relax.  For a luxury option, courses are also held at The Old Dairy Retreat in Upper Heyford.  Dates for courses are published on their website https://www.theolddairyretreat.co.uk/

Details

Prices are subject to which type of course you choose. A private 1:1 course in the comfort of your chosen address is £295.00 per couple and is taught over four sessions evenings/weekends. Courses held at The Old Dairy Retreat are £425.00 inclusive of luxury gift bag, massage chairs, exclusive use of the Retreat, private parking, workbook, minimum of 2 couples, maximum 3 couples. Prices are per couple.
