Nära Charlbury Nursery (The Charlbury Railway Children)
Nära Charlbury Nursery, The Charlbury Railway Children offers a warm, friendly, loving environment for your children to learn and grow.
Our aim is to provide a stimulating, secure and friendly environment for you to leave your children with confidence. We endeavour to keep your child happy and relaxed while they are with us so they can learn and develop. Based in Charlbury in Oxfordshire, we provide for you high quality affordable childcare and offer a service that promotes equality and values diversity.
We have an experienced and skilled team of staff. They are committed to gaining qualifications and regularly undertake further training in early years care and education. In this way we can constantly improve the care we provide and stay up to date with current thinking. All our staff are checked by the DBS and are qualified First Aiders. We have policies and procedures which our team follow to help us provide a quality service. Our staff are dedicated to working in partnership with you as parents.
This helps us to:
- Give time and attention to each child.
- Talk with the children about their interests and activities.
- Help children to experience and benefit from the activities we provide.
- Enable the children to explore and be adventurous in safety.

- We offer funded places in accordance with the Code of Practice for any local conditions in place at the time.
- Our setting and its practices are welcoming and make it clear that fathers, mothers, other relations and carers are all welcome.

- We support children and/or parents with disabilities to take full part in all activities within our setting.
- We monitor the needs and background of children joining our setting on the Registration Form, to ensure that no accidental or unintentional discrimination is taking place.
