Asylum Welcome offers information, advice and practical support to asylum seekers, refugees and vulnerable migrants living in Oxfordshire. We help adults, young people and families to feel safe, respected and understood as members of our diverse community.

What we do: We provide information, advice, practical support and referral through a range of services.
Adult and Family Advice includes legal and immigration issues, health needs, housing, welfare and benefits.
The Youth Service provides individual casework support, a youth club and also holiday activities.
The Education and Employment Service offers support with education and employment and provides 1:1 English lessons run by qualified volunteer teachers.
The Europa Welcome Service enables people with EU citizenship to make application for settled status.
We have a Food Bank and a Hardship Fund and can provide weekly supplies of food, essential toiletries and small grants for essential living needs. We can also provide bikes and laptops through recycled Bike and Laptop Projects.
The Refugee Community Organisation Project offers support to local refugee community groups.
The Huntercombe Project offers information and advice to migrant prisoners in Huntercombe Prison.
The Schools Advocacy Project provides support to migrant parents and children as they apply and join schools.
The Afghan Hotel Programme provides support to people, arriving from Afghanistan and staying in hotels while they are re-settling in the UK.
The Ukraine Programme: Asylum Welcome works with the six councils in Oxfordshire, sharing information and organising training for hosts. They also support learning and activities and the many informal community groups.
Advocacy works to improve conditions for refugees, asylum seekers and undocumented migrants.
