Abingdon School is an independent day and boarding school in the south of Oxfordshire for boys aged 11 - 18. The Prep School is based at Frilford, ten minutes away, and caters for boys aged 4-13. Boys of all faiths are welcome. Abingdon's alumni represent just about every profession and the School's success comes from the emphasis on resilience, stamina, leadership, emotional intelligence, having a strong moral compass, and the ‘soft’ skills that enable boys to get along with - and motivate - people. Abingdonians carry a quiet confidence, embracing opportunity and making the most of their talents. Pastoral care is at the core of the school with a house system and tutors, who really do know their pupils.

The School has excellent academic results, national representation at any number of sports and an extensive extra-curricular programme. It is set in 35 acres in the centre of Abingdon, just south of Oxford, and combines the very best in academic standards, music, sport and the arts.
