West Oxfordshire Wheelchair Dance
West Oxfordshire Wheelchair Dance is the first dance school in Oxfordshire offering fully inclusive dance classes for everyone. In association with Para Dance UK, WOWD run weekly classes for people with disabilities and offering the opportunity to compete if the desire takes you!
Dancing has be proven to increase endorphins, which is the body's natural feel good drug, it also helps with co-ordination and posture which has its own benefits and helps to reduce social isolation as well as being a cheeky way to keep fit and is great fun!!
Regardless of your disability and needs we will adapt our classes and dances to meet your needs. If you require a carer please bring them along and they can support you in the class and could even become your dance partner!
Evening classes are also arranged and information will be available on our Facebook page and website as soon as they are available.
All instructors are fully trained and insured with DBS checks.
