Russian Method Ballet Class for Children
YKBG Junior is the place to learn classical ballet in a traditional Russian style.
Our training is suitable both for children who would like to learn ballet as a hobby, and those who would like to train professionally in the future.
We do not offer exams but have annual performances, in conjunction with Yuka Kodama Ballet Group, in the summer term to show off the improvement of our students over the past year.
In addition to classical ballet technique, students will learn coordination, body alignment, musicality, anatomy, stage acting and how to enhance flexibility. There will be opportunities to learn classical repertoire for more advanced students.
During school holidays there will be workshops and holiday classes available (subject to demand).
