Community Special School with nursery
A special school that provides specialist education for children aged 2-16 years with severe or profound learning difficulties, including those with complex needs and/or ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
The nursery is fully integrated, with the equivalent of eight full-time places available offered on a sessional basis for Bishopswood pupils in the Nursery Class at Valley Road School.
Bishopswood is co-located with mainstream schools on 3 sites. Our catchment area serves the towns and surrounding villages of South East Oxfordshire including Benson, Cholsey, Chalgrove, Goring, Henley on Thames, Sonning Common, Wallingford, Watlington and Woodcote. We also receive pupils from neighbouring authorities.
