We offer classes for male and female gymnasts of all ages and abilities. Our recreational classes are based on gentle progression in a fun and stimulating environment. Our coaches are very experienced and are qualified to coach up to the highest levels. Gymnasts who start with us in our recreational classes will have the chance to move through our gymnastics squads to reach a competitive group - if this is something they wanted to pursue.

We run recreational classes on:

Tues 4 - 5pm

Wed 4 - 5pm

Thurs 4.30 - 5.30pm

Sat 9 - 10am

Each of these days has 3 classes within the hour Young beginner 4 - 6yrs, Novice and Intermediate. Advanced sessions are by invite only and are on a Saturday.

We are also an extremely successful competitive club and have elite level gymnasts who regularly win medals regionally, nationally and internationally. Squad sessions for competitive gymnasts run daily. We are always on the look out for competitive gymnasts to join our squad.
