Rewind Therapy is a didactic therapy that can help to quickly alleviate symptoms of trauma without the need to give details of the traumatic experience.

Single incident traumas or stressful experiences can be lifted in just 1 session (a second session is always required to assess results). And more complex trauma or multiple incident trauma can benefit in as little as 4 or 5 sessions.

Whilst most therapies mean weeks of repeatedly talking about the stressful event, Rewind does not.

Visit my website to book a free 15minute online chat and book an initial consultation before you start.

Rewind is suitable for adults and children over the age of 8 years old. Children must be accompanied by a suitable adult.

Consessionary rates are available on Tuesday mornings before midday.
