I care for 0- 5 year olds, 2, 3 and 4 year old funding and Tax Free Childcare choices. I have 12 years of experience of childminding and was previously the area rep for South Oxford and a Community Childminder. I currently hold a Level 3 Certificate in Childminding Practice, Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding & Child Protection, Data Protection and Food Hygiene and OCN Caring for children with disabilities qualifications and many training courses relating to working with vulnerable and SEN children, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Speech and Language Disorders, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia and specific areas of learning e.g. Maths, Science outdoor play etc.
I have had 3 children of my own who have all left home and I have 4 grandchildren all at school now but 2 of them I pick up from school and care for 3 times a week. During the week we visit local Children’s Centres, singing and music groups, local parks and Libraries and outside learning and play in my garden.
