Children and families have a wealth of their own insight and skills - sometimes they need help to unlock them. As parents, we often find that there is something holding our child back and we desperately want to help – ranging from starting school to exam stress, making friends to appearance anxiety and everything in-between. I know from experience with my own children, and the hundreds I have worked with, that new challenges appear almost overnight and can have a huge impact.

I work in a flexible child-centred way using a variety of approaches, including CBT, Narrative Therapy and EMDR, to find the best way forward for your child and your family. I want to combine your family's insight, together with my professional expertise, to find solutions that work for your family. Please see my website for details and free guides.
