Paid Support and Advisory Service for parents involved in family court hearings at Oxford family courts. McKenzie Friends support people in presenting their own case at court. 1/3 of the cost of a solicitor.  Graham helps parents involved in disputes over child care arrangements, such as when a child spends time with a parent when the parents are separated or in hearings over the financial aspects to adivorce (called ancillary relief). When you cannot afford legal representation and recognise that you need support in attending court and understanding court processes and procedures Graham can help you. McKenzie Friends accompany the person at the court hearing to assist with out of court negotiations and note taking and advice whilst in the court room, providing emotional support and quietly advising on points of procedure. Prior to the court hearing McKenzie Friends can assist people with application forms and the preparation and wording of their statements.

Graham Fletcher works as a professional McKenzie Friend, based near Reading with years of experience supporting parents in family courts across southern England. He successfully presented his own case in his divorce proceedings without a solicitor and his two children live with both parents equally. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge of how family courts really work with parents who decide to present their own case at court so they too can achieve positive outcomes. His child-centred approach is a result of 15 years experience of working with children and families and he is a qualified mentor. He is very focussed on assisting people to remain as calm and focussed as they can on the day of court and his many client testimonials show that you can put your trust in him as the right McKenzie Friend for your family law hearing.

Notes

"I have had Grahams assistance over the last 6 months and hes been fantastic for me. My biggest struggle was getting my point across in court and having the confidence to say what I needed to say. He also explained the legal lingo and procedures in a way I understood which helped me maintain my composure whilst in court. I would 100% refer Graham to anyone who needs help but doesn't know where to start." Mr Martin Hayes, Basingstoke. April 10th 2017 more testimonials at www.mckenziefrienduk.com/testimonials
