City Gardening Family Workshop (Relaxed session) 2 April 10:30am to 11:30am

Get green-fingered at MOX in this fun family workshop that will explore the green spaces around us, learning about wildlife you might spot in your garden, local park or on your walk to school, and the ways we can look after them. Then, get crafty and decorate a compostable plant pot and make your very own seedball with peat-free compost to take home.

This is a relaxed event adapted for families with members on the autistic spectrum or with sensory processing disorders. During the event, we will have limited capacity, no background music and a separate quiet space available. You may come and go at anytime. You will be provided with a visual story a week before the event to support your visit.

This workshop is suitable for children ages 2-12. Booking is advised. Tickets may be available on the door, dependent on availability. Each Child ticket includes free entry for a carer. Accompanying adults must stay with their children for the duration of the event
