Welcome to Everybody Sling Dance - "I love dancing with my baby!"
Come along to Everybody Sling Dance to socialise with lots of other local mums and babies in a friendly atmosphere.
Enjoy baby wearing and a gentle workout at the same time. Please bring your own sling or carrier to class or hire one from us and enjoy bonding with your baby as you dance! No previous dance experience is necessary, just move, smile and have fun!
To attend the class you must be 6 weeks post delivery/10 weeks post c-section and feel confident to move around with your baby in your sling or carrier. If you need sling advice please ask me I am a trained sling peer support councillor. Some slings available to hire at the class.
There is no maximum age for baby as long as you are happy to carry them in your sling!
Tandem wearing is more than welcome – double the workout! Or bring your toddler/preschooler to dance along side you.
Pregnant Ladies are also welcome to get some gentle exercise and meet other parents.
We dance for around 45 minutes and have a drink, biscuit and chat at the end of the class.
Bring water and dress appropriately for exercise.
