Notes

I love sharing the joy of yoga with everyBODY, my passion & speciality is teaching the young ones, but saying that I have taught babies to grandparents and everyone in between! My classes are a blend of hatha, vinyasa, yin and mindfulness; gentle, healing classes, but not without challenges! You will leave my classes feeling refreshed, relaxed and healed, as well as gently toned and invigorated. Toning you from the inside out, mentally, physically & spiritually. I trained in 2017 as a kids & family yoga teacher, going on to do a short course in mindfulness and completing my 200 hours adult yoga teacher training in 2020. I have worked in schools, offering after school clubs, yoga therapy sessions and events, and running workshops for tweens and kids. Having a difficult childhood, suffering early loss and un-diagnosed depression and anxiety, then going through periods of self-help and counselling during my teens and into adulthood, led me to yoga and meditation. I am a member of Yoga Alliance International & Yoga Alliance Professionals I am fully insured and DBS checked. I am a Health & Wellbeing Charity Ambassador for Be Free Young Carers, offering free regular yoga and mindfulness to their young carers. (https://befreeyc.org.uk/) 45 hours Kids & Family Yoga (Yoga Alliance Professionals) 25 hours Mindfulness (British Institute of Mindfulness) Sound Therapy (IPHM Como Centre) 200 hours RYT (Hatha / Vinyasa - Yoga Alliance International) 50 hours Yin Yoga (Yoga Alliance International) 8 Hours Peri & Menopause Yoga (Yoga Mama / Yoga Alliance Professionals)
