Mrs Claire Clark

Early Years Logo

I have been in childcare for over 25 years working in a number of nursery settings. Over this time, I have developed my skills progressing from a nursery nurse to a nursery manager and now 10 years as a childminder. I am qualified to a level 3 in childcare and education and a level 4 in maintaining and improving quality within the childcare sector. I have attended many courses including Behaviour Management, Specialist Safeguarding, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Risk Assessment.

Throughout the week, there are a number of groups we attend. However, I like to balance this with being at home to complete activities and games, giving the children access to a wider variety of experience while meeting their individual need. We regularly make use of the local facilities such as parks, library, woods and phoenix trail especially during holidays
