A free service dedicated to unpaid carers age 18 or over, of people in Oxfordshire. Carers don’t get paid for the support they give but their support is vital to the person they care for. If you’re caring for a child an adult or both, you can rely on us as you figure out your path.
Unsure if you’re a carer? Lots of people don’t recognise that they are.
Every parent cares for their child but some children need extra support because of their particular needs. Parents often don’t think of themselves as carers but those who are giving their child extra support that would not necessarily be required for a child of a similar age can be recognised as parent carers.
