First For Safety is Oxfordshire's leading provider of Affordable Family Emergency First Aid Training for Parents - Hi, my name's Drew Kamphuis and i'm a very proud Mummy of 2 little ones.  Around my Emergency Ambulance shifts  I'm the MD of First For Safety.  I'm a qualified First Aid Instructor with over 22 years, ongoing experience in the Emergency Services. 

I set up First For Safety 8 yrs ago, we teach all sorts of brilliant, Affordable First Aid and Commercial Fire Safety Courses.  Our awesome team of Emergency Services Professionals (mostly serving Paramedics) specialise in providing Affordable Family Emergency First Aid Training for Parents across Oxfordshire.  Our two hour course is just £20 per person, this cost includes a FREE Refresher Course for ALL learners whenever you/they feel ready as well as a Complimentary Paediatric First Aid Manual (RRP £5.99) for the host.  Courses are normally held in the comfort of your own home on an evening to suit.  (The min number of learners for a booking in Oxfordshire is 6).  The max is normally12.

A two hour Family Emergency First Aid training session includes:

  • CPR - Infant/Child/Adult
  • The Recovery Position - Infant/Child/Adult·      
  • Choking - Infant/Child/Adult
  • Managing Serious Bleeds
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Head Injuries
  • Burns & Scalds
  • Febrile Convulsions
  • Meningitis.
