The Treehouse at Girl Guiding Headquarters

The Treehouse is a small and friendly Pre-School in Thame offering children a safe and caring environment in which they can play, learn and grow as individuals.
We believe that the role of the parent or carer is essential to any child’s well-being within the setting and work hard to ensure sound relationships are formed from the very beginning. Good initial and ongoing communication are considered to be key to these relationships and we will combine parental feedback and our own continuous self-evaluation to support us in moving forward as a setting.
The Treehouse Pre-School follows the Early Years Foundation Stage and we have carefully put together a Learning Journey which covers each of the areas of learning whilst giving careful consideration to the characteristics of learning. Using our system each child is valued individually and we continuously track their development to ensure we meet their next steps and provide activities which are stimulating to them.
It is our aim to be reflective and current and we will strive to ensure the provision of our setting offers the very best for the children within our care.
