Individually designed nutritional programmes for health and well being

Nutrition and diet advice for pre-conception, infertility, ante-natal, post-natal and children of all ages.

This Life Nutrition understands the science behind the headlines – achieving better health through diet and lifestyle is not about the latest trend – using sound evidence-based research, I will assess you as an individual, reviewing your diet, lifestyle and medical history. I provide pertinent, individualised advice to help with acute or chronic health issues.  This Life Nutrition provides individually designed nutritional programs.

An initial, in-depth consultation lasts around an hour - and covers relevant areas such as health concerns, medical history, diet and lifestyle. To maximise this consultation, clients complete and return a detailed questionnaire three days prior to the consultation.

I then use the information from the questionnaire and the consultation to create a bespoke nutritional program.  Programs are designed to address the issues of most concern to my client, recommending dietary and lifestyle modifications.

This programme is then presented at a shorter secondary consultation - where it is thoroughly explained and any questions answered.  Programmes may include supplements and/or laboratory tests if deemed necessary. Email and phone support is provided. Follow-up consultations, 4-6 weeks later, may be arranged to assess progress, explain laboratory results and make further programme adjustments.
