Montessori day nursery in purpose built environment.

Sally Fitchett founded the Lighthouse in September 1990. Until 1998 the school operated from two village halls. In September 1998 we moved into a purpose-designed school in open countryside im Newington, South Oxfordshire. There are three beautifully equipped classrooms, each has it's own outside area. We have another classroom for Larks and Owls, Music, Dance, Seaugulls (holiday times) and more. We have designed the field to provide planting and digging areas, a mound, a log pile and more. The age range is 1 to 5 years
