A rolling programme of weekly pregnancy classes, teaching you breathing techniques to help you have a positive birth experience. Suitable to join any time from 28 weeks onwards, you can attend as many as you want to, but the more you attend, the more useful you are likely to find them once your labour starts, as the more confident you will feel in using the techniques.
