Rethink Mental Illness

Support for the family and friends supporting somebody with a mental health problem. The service offers a range of support depending on a persons needs including:

One to one emotional support at a time and place convenient to the carer

Monthly support groups throughout Oxfordshire 

Carers Education and Training Programme

Information, Advice and Advocacy

Support with carers assessments. For further information or to access support please contact the service.

We can offer one-to-one emotional and practical support at home or in the community from one of the highly experienced Senior Mental Health recovery workers. Our support aims to address the needs and preferences of each individual carer.

During Covid - 19 restrictions the service is providing telephone and virtual support to mental health carers.
