Brighter Life Therapy - CBT and psychotherapy
Our team offers CBT and psychotherapy to children aged 7-17 (and adults) in the UK. The business was founded in Reading, Berkshire, but covers the whole of the UK. We have especially good knowledge of Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London. To boost our accessibility, we offer therapy sessions remotely via zoom, google meet or telephone.
Our therapists are all qualified, accredited and experienced. Specifically we can provide:
- CBT for depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, OCD and PTSD.
- Existential or psychoanalytic therapy for depression, grief, and life transitions.
This is line with the research evidence that shows these therapies work best for these kinds of difficulties.
We are a friendly team, and happy to help. Please get in touch to discuss us supporting your child. You can also visit our website to see the fees for sessions.
