Our team offers CBT and Counselling to children aged 7-17 (and adults) in the UK, and we are predominatly based in Reading. We currently offer therapy sessions remotely via zoom or telephone.

Our therapists are all qualified, accredited and experienced in treating these kinds of difficulties. Specifically we can provide:

  • CBT for depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, OCD and PTSD.
  • Counselling for depression, grief, transitions and mild binging disorder.

This is line with the research evidence that shows these therapies work best for these kinds of difficulties.

Please note, assessments are charged a double rate as the appointments are longer and a comprehensive report is included.
