A 5 week course for mums, dads and carers with babies less than 3 months old. This course gives you the chance to find your feet in the chaos of new parenthood, finding out what's "normal" with a new baby, sharing and comparing notes with other new parents, understanding what can impact on the early months (hormones, birth recovery, feeding challenges, disturbed sleep etc) and how you can make it a positive experience. Each course also includes an infant first aid session, facilitated by a paramedic. This course is currently be facilitated online in a shortened version - full details on the website.
