The Sweaty @Home Programme offers you the ability to enjoy our fabulous fun sessions of Sweaty Mama, Mamilates and Sweaty Bootcamp & our brand new Sweaty Gym sessions from the safety and comfort of your own home. Take advantage of the time this Lockdown provides to get fitter, stronger and enjoy the natural stress relief that exercise brings. Get the whole family involved and bond together with our fun and effective sessions or enjoy some Me time to Strengthen your Mental and Physical wellbeing as we get through the Lockdown together.
You can enjoy as many sessions as you like throughout the week – there will be regular prompts re sessions coming up for you to take part in! Each Sunday the Timetable for the week will be posted for you to choose which sessions to join in. ALL the videos will remain each week on the Private group so you can enjoy these later too! BONUS!

Sweaty Bootcamp – Fun, game style, fat burning workouts suitable for all fitness levels – Childfree
Sweaty Gym – Quick and effective workouts in 30 minutes to enjoy for yourself and see results
Sweaty Family – A Fun, shorter style session to enjoy with all the family and let off some steam!
