Flo's Nature Nursery - Florence Park

At Flo's we believe passionately that all children are competent and capable thinkers and learners and that nature provides the most amazing resources to support children’s well being and development - physical, social, emotional, creative and intellectual. Nobody knows what the future will bring, so the children of today have to be skilled, resilient and open-minded.

The Nature Nursery at Flo’s is a small (24 place) Early Years nursery setting for children aged 2-4 years.  The nursery is a home from home, where children feel calm and settled and spend their day in harmony with other children and their natural surroundings, we spend a lot of time outside and the children enjoy attending a forest school setting.

Our staff are highly experienced, qualified and enthusiastic. They are inspiring people who will support your child’s creative expression, introducing children (and parents who are interested!) to skills such as felting, woodwork and weaving. We want children to be fully engaged with the life of the kindergarten, learning life  skills such as baking bread, cooking soup and caring for plants.

Opening hours:

• 8.15am – 5.30pm
• 48 weeks/year

We are offering 15 hours or 30 hours government funded places for eligible 2, 3 and 4 year olds with the option to purchase additional hours. Nutritious meals are provided by our wholesome cafe.  A full prospectus with further information and application details is available on our website
