Co-curricular activities provide vital experiences and opportunities and OLA Junior School offers an exceptionally wide and constantly changing choice.

Pupils from Year 1 through to Year 6 have the opportunity to sample a variety of clubs or activities after school. There are approximately 25 clubs which run during the course of the week from 3.20 to 4.00pm.

Each term the range of clubs changes to enable pupils to experience a rich and diverse mixture of activities.

After School Study Class

We also run a study class so that pupils can complete their homework before leaving the premises, freeing up their time to pursue other hobbies and out of school clubs.

After School Care for Nursery & Reception/Y1/Y2 children

After School Care starts at 4pm. The older children are collected and registered and escorted to the Nursery where they all have tea together. Tea consists of sandwiches, fruit and cake all prepared by the kitchen staff each day. After tea the Juniors do their homework in a separate room, supervised by a member of staff, whilst the younger children play (indoors or outdoors-weather dependent). After School Care finishes at 5.30pm.
