Hooray! You’re pregnant!!! (And you’ve probably checked quite a few times to be sure!) But now it’s time to think about the birth and the mind can do funny things can’t it?

Are you worried about birth? Wondering what it feel like? Looking to create a positive birth? Want a calm & contented exerience for both you & your baby?

Does your partner want to feel useful? Does he, she (or you!) have specific birth fears that you just can’t get past?

Or maybe you are super confident & calm and want to ensure you stay that way whatever route your birth takes?

Hypnobirthing can help.

Hypnobirthing utilises the art of hypnosis in childbirth. It’s birth education & empowerment. And it’s using your mind as a powerful tool throughout pregnancy & birth.

I'm Steph - a Clinical Hypnotherapist & KG Hypnobirthing teacher. I’ve had 3 hypnobabies. I trained in & used 3 different Hypnobirthing methods and the best by far - was KG Hypnobirthing. And I go the extra mile for you. Your classes are flexible and support is ongoing - whether you choose group or private hypnobirthing. I also offer free hypnobirthing classes.

KGH is the UKs leading method. Designed and created by a leading Hypnotherapist this is the method of choice across the UK. It’s even said to be the most popular method amongst midwives!

You can select from a group course in Oxford, Thame or Witney. Or private classes in your own home that can be booked to suit your diary.

I like to make your life easier. So course options are flexible. You can even mix & match between courses if you like! Hypnobirthing practice is easy and I can show you how, no matter how busy your life is.

I’ll give you insights and tips not covered in other Hypnobirthing classes such as how to switch fear off in seconds. How to enter deep hypnosis in even the busiest of birth centres or operating theatres. Why a relaxed partner is biologically better for your birth! And how to train you body to birth better...starting now!

As well as Hypnobirthing. I specialise in mind-based pregnancy therapies. Where applicable, Rewind for past birth trauma and loss can be perfect alongside your Hypnobirthing. And Hypnotherapy can help with birth fears, anxieties, fears & phobias, morning sickness, hyperemesis gravidarum and more.
