Risborough Rangers Pan-Disability Football

Risborough Rangers logo

Risborough Rangers Junior Football Club have a Pan-Disability football group for 6-12 year old boys and girls.

Mike Bushell, the BBC sports presenter, is the team's Patron.  The team are also part of the BOBI League which holds 6 tournaments throughout the year. The group gives children with disabilities the opportunity to play football at a level where they can feel comfortable participating and, above all, in having fun while they do so.

In football terms, pan-disability refers to individuals with different disabilities all participating together. This includes those with learning difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorder, with ADHD, global development delay, having hearing or sight impairment, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Down’s or Tourette’s syndrome, dwarfism/restricted growth, amputees with or without prostheses as well as other disabilities that impact on their sporting performance. Unfortunately it does not include those who are blind or in a wheelchair.

The RRJFC Pan-disability team for boys and girls aged 6-12 trains every Saturday morning from 9.15am – 10.30am. Come along for a free "taster" session.
