Hft - supporting people with learning disabilities
Hft is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities and their families. Everything we do focuses on helping the people we support live the life they choose.
We support people with learning disabilities, their families and carers across England through our services, resources and staff. We believe in empowering individuals to make their own choices about how they live their lives, from finding a job to going on nights out.
In Oxfordshire we operate in North and South Oxfordshire (Banbury & Abingdon offices).
