Flo's Forest School

Carrying the ethos, values and policies of Flo’s Nature Nursery we are starting term time only round Forest School Setting.

We have been running Forest School sessions daily for over a year with great success and have developed a system that covers the needs of young children. On a daily basis we propose “invitations” or activities following the children’s interest, we use tools, such as hammers, saws, screw drivers, spades etc. to create the objects we use.

Our activities also include making fires, cooking together, storytelling, arts and crafts and lots of play. Play is central in our sessions as it allows all of us to communicate, dialogue and test
