Provider's SENCo has experience & undergone training to care for children with differing needs SEN training updated on a regular basis SENCo & staff have a broad skill basis and there are trained and experienced coordinators for additional needs Special needs experience based on children who have previously attended our setting Staff prepared to work with parents, carers and other professionals to provide a good level of care and development relevant to the child's needs Whilst we do not have experience in all areas of need, we would contact different agencies and seek training in areas should the need arise
