All pregnant women and partners/supporters are welcome to come to these sessions at any stage. You can email us to book a place or just turn up on the day.

The sessions are led by Charlotte Gilman and our wonderful trained volunteer Peer Supporters once a month, following our OBS SOFR drop-in sessions.

OBS drop-ins offer support and information at any stage of breastfeeding (including for families who are expressing or working towards breastfeeding) and around related topics, such as introduction of solid foods and sleep. You are welcome to attend our drop-ins both before and after your baby's birth.

Although skilled help is available, you don't need a problem to join in. You are welcome to come along to socialise with other breastfeeding families.

We look forward to seeing you there.
