You and Me Supported Living

Are you wanting a few hours support in the community for you young adult 18+ or looking for supported housing?

We were a few years ago and could not find what we needed for our very loved young person so we created “You and Me” our loved one choose the name. “You and Me Mum” we left the Mum out!

You and Me Supported Living and You and Me Housing provide community and home support  to young people who have different abilities.

We celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and work to their strengths and abilities. The young people and the families we work with make You and Me what it is today a thriving vibrant model of inspired Supported living for fun loving young people.

We also offer support to young people in their own home. Sometimes this can be a good "getting to know you" before they may move onto a shared Supported living home.
