Family Links Nurturing Programme for Parents and Parenting Puzzle courses delivered by GroW Families
We are very excited to be offering the Family Links Nurturing Programme for Parents for parents and carers in our community on an ongoing basis. This wonderful course is free to attend, and open to everyone. It is suitable for families with children of all ages from babies through to teenagers. It is a 10 week course that provides strategies and support for families across the areas of empathy, positive discipline, appropriate expectations and self awareness.
The Parenting Puzzle is ideal for those with 0-5 year olds, and is a 4 or 5 week course for parents and carers.
