The Agency offers both Au Pairs and host families a very fast and efficient and caring service. We help and guide in the very important settling in period, which we feel is very important.
We work with reliable agents throughout Europe who check each candidate they send us. We receive a complete application form, references, medical certificate and police certificate all of which are verified by our agents abroad. The Au Pairs are asked to send a 'dear host family letter’ and photographs. We do not recruit from the Internet.
Over the years Just Au Pairs has purchased a number of other agencies, such as Au Pairs by Avalon, A-One Au Pairs and Nannies, The Linden Bureau. The families and agents who worked with these agents in the past are now part of the Just Au Pairs network.
Just Au Pairs has been a member of the International Au Pair Association – IAPA for over 16 years and was a founder member of the British Au Pair Agencies Association – BAPAA also having served on the Executive Committee and worked in the past as a Treasurer.
