There will be daily, nourishing hatha yoga sessions, delicious vegetarian/vegan locally sourced food, walks, campfires and plenty of opportunity for rest and fresh air. Louise teaches a gentle, flowing style of yoga which is suitable for all levels, including beginners. It is a perfect place to unwind, re-energise and re-connect. The weekend includes: *5 star eco accommodation in a beautifully converted barn and farm house *4 hatha yoga sessions *yoga nidra *nature walks *tipi campfires *delicious, locally sourced veggie/vegan food.
