Dementia Oxfordshire is a partnership between three local charities, Age UK Oxfordshire, Guideposts and YoungDementia UK, who are bringing together their specialist expertise to develop and deliver a new Dementia Support Service for people of all ages.

The service is free to use. It is supported financially by Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group and Oxfordshire County Council.  They have a dedicated Support line for information and advice on a wide range of issues.  The Support line is staffed by their team of Dementia Advisers.
