Mrs Camilla Collins
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since 2004 and have received three Outstanding Ofsted reports and the latest one in 2020 was a Good ( under the new Ofsted changes) Prior to working as a childminder, I worked as a Nursery Nurse. My training and qualifications include Cache NVQ level 2 and 3 in Childcare and Education. Early Years Practitioner certificate. Foundation degree in Early Years (2012) and a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree (2015). My paediatric First Aid and Specialist Safeguarding training are also updated when needed. Both reviewed in 2018. Other training courses added are the Prevent training (2017) and Early family intervention course (2017) Enhanced Childminder SEN training (2018) Making Sense of Autism(2019). I like to attend training regularly.
I work with an assistant Monday-Wednesdays and we spend most of our days outdoors, either in my early years garden or making use of the local outdoor areas.
