This summer, join Arts Academy Theatre School and put together a full scale musical of Aladdin JR. with all the set, lights, sound and costumes to create two amazing performances on the final day.

Aladdin JR. is based on the 1992 Academy-Award winning film and the 2014 hit Broadway and West End show about the "diamond in the rough" street rat who learns that his true worth lies deep within.

Aladdin and his three friends, Babkak, Omar and Kassim, are down on their luck until Aladdin discovers a magic lamp and the Genie who has the power to grant three wishes. Wanting to earn the respect of the princess, Jasmine, Aladdin embarks on an adventure that will test his will and moral character.

The course will run over the following days: 

Monday 6 August 10am-6pm
Tuesday 7 August 10am-6pm
Wednesday 8 August 10am-6pm
Thursday 9 August 10am-6pm
Friday 10 August 12-7pm
Saturday 11 August 1-7pm

Performances:

Sat 11 Aug at 2.30pm and 5.30pm.

Participants of the summer school will need to attend Auditions on either Tuesday 8th May 6pm-7:30pm or Sunday 20th May 1pm-2:30pm. You do not need to have paid for the summer school to audition however you will need to have paid prior to the first day of the course (6th August).
