I aim to provide a fun and stimulating environment for the children in order for them to feel happy, safe and secure. Each child will be given the opportunity to develop at their own pace and to experience a variety of activities, both indoors and outdoors. I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage standards.

My qualifications include:-

  • Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Education
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (Early Years)
  • First Aid for Early Years Childcare
  • NVQ3 in Child Care Learning and Development
  • Observations and Assessment for Childminders
  • Code of Practice training
  • Introduction to promoting positive behaviour
  • Sensory Play Workshop Sight Awareness Training
  • HABC level 2 award in food safety in Catering (QCF)
  • Safeguarding Children
  • Introduction to makaton
  • Introduction to Schema training
  • Play with the elements: Earth, Wind, & Fire
  • Future proofing: understanding the key elements for a thriving setting
