Weekly one-to-one counselling in a safe, discreet setting in Henley-on-Thames for young people from the age of eight, as well as adults.  Private, confidential, non-judgemental listening and supportive help.

I am a highly-trained, experienced and caring counsellor/ psychotherapist, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and on the register approved by the Professional Standards Authority for Health and Social Care.  In the recent past, I have been a school counsellor and the Clinical Manager for a large young people's counselling charity.

My work with children and young people is based on years of specialized clinical training and experience.   Among many other issues, this has included working therapeutically with young people coping with eating disorders, suicidal feelings, self-harm, bereavement, behavioural problems, family breakdown, bullying and other forms of abuse, sexual identity, relationship and self-esteem problems.   I work sensitively and appropriately with all my clients, within strict professional and ethical guidelines.
