Boxercise and Circuits School Clubs for children aged 4-15
Boxercise and Circuits sessions for Kids and teenagers is an excellent way for children to stay active. It adds variety to their usual sports activity. The benefits are as follows:
Focus: concentration is required and it can be physically demanding. Physically active children tend to concentrate better when facing challenges.
Physical development: mobility, balance, hand/eye coordination and general fitness.
Confidence and Social Development: Children will be training in teams or in pairs. This helps to develop confidence as well as their social and interactive skills.
A great way for teenagers to de-stress during exam weeks.
I have an enhanced DBS and am a fully qualified Reps Level 3 Fitness Instructor and fully Licensed Advanced Boxercise Instructor (including teaching children).
I work with schools to offer After-School and Lunctime clubs, where children take part in Boxing, kickboxing and other fitness activities. I also offer private or small group sessions.
