Baby massage offers multisensory stimulation to babies of all ages. This has benefits for bonding, sleep, neurological development, parental confidence, relaxation and issues such as colic, constipation, teething and sinuses.

I am a registered midwife and personal trainer and I offer courses either online, in Wallingford or in your home- Small groups or one to one over 3-4 sessions. Fees from £50 and includes a massage guide and massage oil. 10% discount if you have booked onto a Henley birthcare birth preparation or exercise course
