CAP (Christians Against Poverty) is an award-winning charity that offers free, face-to-face debt counselling to all, irrespective of income, gender, age, religion or ethnicity. Our personal and long-term approach empowers people to get out of debt and learn budgeting skills with great success. Almost 90% of our clients pay all their debts and bills on time each month, with the same number saying that our help was life-transforming or a great help. CAP's debt service examines an individual's / couple's / family's financial position and identifies the most appropriate way(s) to resolve problem debt. Where appropriate, on-going support is provided until the client is debt-free.

Referral Details: Debt Help appointments need to be booked by phoning 0800 328 0006. Calls will be received by CAP's national enquiries team, who will give initial guidance and where appropriate arrange a home-visit appointment with the local CAP debt centre.
