Shift

Shift logo

Shift is an informal parent led group of parents & carers of children with
special needs and disabilities. The group meets fortnightly in term time to chat about the joys & difficulties of parenting a child with special needs,
support each other & share useful experience, advice and information
while enjoying coffee and cake.

At some meetings there visits from professionals or organisations who pop in for an informal chat to give more information about their services and often give the opportunity for a short 1:1 chat.

The group welcomes anyone who has, or cares for, a child with special needs
including those who are still going through assessment or diagnosis.

There is always coffee, chat & cake and a friendly welcome.  There is no creche but preschool age children are welcome and there are plenty of toys!

All dates and further info are on our website.
